Identification of the Eutectic Points in the Multicomponent Systems with the High-Throughput CALPHAD Approach

Eutectic materials have long been an area of interest, and the identification eutectic points is crucial in design to utilize their unique properties. In multicomponent systems, finding can be challenging due complexity traditional CALPHAD method lacks efficiency such tasks. Therefore, a high-throughput utilizing TC-Python was applied identify present work using Al-Mg-Zn-Cu system as case study. The proposed tested binary, ternary, quaternary systems for its reliability accuracy predicting points. addition, two screening approaches were developed examine results determine Results showed that able point with composition 50Al-14Mg-23Zn-13Cu. Binary ternary matched well existing data, result method's capability other or even higher-order systems.
